BE can't connect to dial-up server or RAS server

I have a Win2K domain backing up 7 servers. Agents installed and running to all servers. On two servers (one a VPN server in a DMZ, the other a RAS) I can't backup. The default shares and the system state are greyed out. Is there a special agent I have to use to back up a RAS server?
