I recently upgraded the server running BE 9 from NT to 2K. After the upgrade, I am no longer able to use the remote administrator. When I attempt to access BE with the RA using the Admin account (the same account I use to open BE on the server-- it has full admin rights), I get an "Access is denied" error. I have tried using the local server admin, domain admin, and service accounts to connect, all with no success. Strangely, however, I can start and restart the BE services from the RA console. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the RA and ran the repair on the BE server. I'm completely at a loss as to what to try next. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
