BE 9.1 w/SP4 and SQL 2005

I was able to backup my sql 2005 box via the shadow copy component and just this weekend it takes a crap and tells me it can't communicate with this current version of shadow copy.
Does anyone here have the same issue I have? Is there any work around for this or a newer version of Veritas might solve the problem?

stupid sql updates....new version of sql shadow copy. Is there a work around guys or an upgrade is required?

9.1 wont support SQL 2005 you need to upgrade to 10.1 SP2 or 11d.

Or you could run SQL dumps to disk inisde SQL and then backup the sql dump file with 9.1
