BE 9.1 sp1 Remote Agent -debug ?

In trying to figure out why my remote agent doesn't respond to my BE 9.1 sp1 server I enabled debug on the remote server (it sits in the same room on the same subnet) and got this log.

It is NOT an Exchange server. What is it doing? and what can I do to enable this for my BE server to back it up?
