BE 9.1 not seeing Remote Agents

I just ran a test of a job (Credentials only) and BE says that it doesn't see any of my Windows remote Agents!

Has anyone seen this? How did you resolve this?

Can you select the remote servers for backup? C: D: drives etc and System State/Shadow Copy Components, and any databases? If you can, it should be OK, run the job and see how you go.
