BE 9.1 Failing to Backup after a restore 1

I have an ongoing issue with Backup Exec 9.1 We have backup jobs scheduled to run every night however if a restore is run during the day the backups set off and run for a few hundred MB and then hang there. There is no error shown in the logs and if the job is not cancelled it can disrupt other nights backups as it never ends. This is more an annoyance than a major issue as fortunately we don't restore that often. If anyone has encountered this issue before and knows of a fix it would be most appreciated. Also the write protection is set to off with infinite append, this problem also happens on multiple servers not just a singular one.

Thats a know issue in 9.1 Download the lastest Backup Exec 9.1 service pack an apply it.

Also .. it's a good practice that once you've done a restore.. to do a full backup once everything is in place... this resets your incremental bits.
