BE 9.1 & Exchng 5.5 net agent backup and restore docs?

Hi All!

I've just started using BE 9.1 and installed it on a
Win 2K server. I am prepping/testing a disaster recovery
routine and are having issues with Exchange5.5 on a NT 4
box. The remote agent installed just fine, full backup
runs and completes flawlessly. I've simulated a drive
failure and put in a new HD, reinstalled the OS and the
agent. Attempted a full restore, but I'm sure I'm missing
something, because I'm getting the error:
"0xa000848c - Unable to attach to one of the drives"
I made sure that the password credentials were good (per
other posts I've seen). Does anyone have any definitive
URLs, DOCs or any tips for a proper backup and full
restore procedure?
