BE 9.0 w/Netware 5.1-Alias problem in Job History

This Forum is awasome. I've found a lot of valuable information. Now that I'm done sucking up.

Here's my question:

I am backing up a Novell server using a remote agent. The backup finishes, but there are exceptions.
The Job History is:
OFO: Initialization failure on: "IRV01.NetWare File System/IRV01/VOL1:". Advanced Open File Option used: Yes.
OFO: Snapshot error (0x2031): There is an alias problem.

Does anyone know what this error/exception means?

I'm backing up a Lotus Domino Server.
But I receive the following message:

"Advanced open file option snapshot failed"

How can I solve this problem????
