BE 9.0 on NT4.0 Server media server freezes when pushing RANT

Running BE 9.0 on an NT 4.0 box with SP6a and all the latest patches. When I go to push the RANT installation to the other remote servers, I get to 15% intalled on the first server and then the Media Server freezes up and I have to reset.

I also have to reboot the server that the RANT files were being pushed to prior to attempting again.

Any ideas as to the cause of my problem would be appreciated.

Copy the RANT32 folder from the program file\veritas\backup exec\nt\agents directory to the destination server.

then on the remote server, open a dos prompt, go to the directory and run setupaa.cmd - this will install the remote agent onto the server.
