BE 9.0 - Exchange backup "Access Denied"

BE 9.0 installed on NT4 server, attempting to backup Mailboxes on another NT4 server - get "Access Denied" when attempting to select the "Microsoft Exchange Mailboxes" check-box in "selection" section of the backup configuration.

I have tried with logon accounts that definately have admin rights on the exchange server.

I have installed the "Exch 5.5 admin program" on my BE server (as I read I needed???), no luck. I have the BE Exchange agent on the BE server, not on the exchange box - is this incorrect?

Make sure the backup exec service account has a mailbox setup on the server and is working properly.

Also make sure the backup exec account has rights to the mailbox - to check this, logon to a PC with the backup exec account, then try and open up mailboxes with it.

You don't need the Exch 5.5 admin program on the BE server anymore with 9.0.
