We are currently using BE 7.3 Rev 2575 along with a Sony 9000 Autochanger (8 slot) and an HP Surestor.
If I start with a fresh install of BE, I can make flawless backups for about a day. After that, BE complains that it wants tape 7 removed from the autochanger. The backup is in progress at this time and will fail, as removing tape 7 is not possible.
It makes no difference what tape sits in slot 7. Heck, last month it was slot 8 it didn't like. I have tried new & old tapes without success.
This is my first experience with BE and, right now, I'm not too impressed with the product.
Can anyone enlighten me on what BE is seeing in this error message?
