I've been having this problem for some time now and I cant fiugre out how to fix it. Any help would be appreciated.
I am using BE 7.2 with the Exchange Agent to back up my Exchange Server. Every day there are more and more entries in the backup log that look like this:
WARNING: "Andy Holden?Top of Information Store?CPSNET1?TCP Newsletter" is a corrupt file.
This file cannot verify.
WARNING: "Bill Rapp?Top of Information Store?Inbox?Fw: Perf Numbers" is a corrupt file.
This file cannot verify.
I keep getting these messages and no I am up to about 30 emails that BE shows as corrupted. If I go to the mailbox in question, I can open up the emails with no problem. So, they are no corrupted.
I did notice that if I turn off the AV software on the Exchanger server (I am using Norton AV for Exchange now but have also tried it with Comp Associates Groupshield) the errors go away. At least until I turn the AV software back on.
Has anyone else had this problem? Any solutions?
I've looked everywhere....
