I installed LAN CTE Client Software on my PC. The software will not initialize with the BCM. I have the right BCM Address and can ping it. I can connect to the Unified Manager. I have added my domain name\extension in the lan cte settings. The Lan CTE service is running and I have 256 user licences. I can not run the Personal Call Manager.
I have run through all the settings along with the documentation and can not find the issue.
Is there something that my IT department can change on my computer to halt this service? The IT department has been pushing out all kinds of updates and making changes to user profiles and upgrades on applications (some apps are in house).
