BDE error 43:5

I have a reference thread868-1117744 , but it is closed and can't see the orignal solution..
So, I have got a similar question:

permission denied:
1: file: \\md-sbs\goldmine\charset.dbf
BDE errir Cat:Code [43:5]

Also
Index already exists
BDE error [39:43]
