BCWS does not update after setting 2nd baseline

After setting a 2nd baseline for selected tasks in MS Project 2007, BCWS does not adjust. I sent the same project plan to another coworker who opened the file and ran the same set of steps, and the BCWS adjusted. Any suggestions?

How about tools > options > calculation-tab and one of you has calculation mode set for manual updates and the other is set for automatic updates.
