We have a third party call center app, but not all agents are on it (yet). In the meantime, I would like to use BCMS for those in a simple ACD group. I was told my our vendor that Avaya is no longer supporting BCMS. Is this true? I'd like to use weekly reports and the email option to send to supervisors, but it works some weeks and then stops working. Anyone familiar with this? I realize it's an ancient program, but it still gives you basic information which is all I need right now.
