BCMS Vu R2 Clients not working

Hi

We have a current setup which has been working fine for years, but for some unknown reason all of our BCMS clients can no longer connect to the server computer. When a client opens the Server connection dialog and clicks connect the application just hangs with a spinning cursor, it never seems to time out or give any error message. As far as I know nothing has changed on the server or client computers over the last few days, so we are rather stuck.

Has anyone experienced anything like this or have any idea what to check?
