BCMS Vu client doesn´t show Real-Time Reports, just shows Historic Reports

Customer haS been using for the last seven years BCMS Vu server on a pc with Windows 7 (PC A) and BCMS Vu client on a different pc with windows 7 (PC B)

Now BCMS Vu client has been installed on a pc with windows 10 (PC C), but there is no Real-Time reports info available, it´s just blank.
Historical Reports are shown correctly.

If BCMS Vu client is used from PC A, all Real-Time and Historical reports are available.
BCMS folder is correctly shared in PC A

Any help would be highly appreciated
