We constantly have a problem with our BCMS Vu Server where the server will stop and when restarted we get a sharing violation problem. The only fix is to reinstall the entire server/client application. We are running on a Win2K Server OS with XP clients.
Clients are receiving a 8510 error - "The configuration files are not accessible through the share"
We have tried to map network drives on the user machines but still have the same error on occasion.
Anyone else having the same issues? We are running the latest BCMS R2V3.2 with the USB license key.
