I have three BCM's networked together. All works well except for one problem.
From any of the three locations you can call any extention and it will go through no problem. If from site A, you call a local telephone number that is local to site B or C, you can dial the number without the '1' and dial out through that particular BCM without the long distance applying no problem.
The problem is that if you call into site A from outside, you get our auto attendant. If you dial an extention at any of the other two sites, it transfers the caller no problem. If you dial an extention at site B or C, it tells the caller "One moment please.......You have entered an invalid extention".
The strange thing is that if you call Site B or site C and do the same, it will transfer the caller to either of the
other BCM's. I have documented the destination codes and routes on all three BCM's and there doesn't appear to be any difference in the programming of the routes/dest codes.
Why would the BCM at site A search for extention numbers on itself only and not direct the caller through the VoIP trunks like the others do? I though that I may have missed something in the programming at site A, but I see no difference between the programming that is missing.
There are only 2 seasons in Canada, Golf and Snowmobile season.
