Lately I was having a problem with our bcms real time report and also our historical report. There is a discrepancy with the report which is why I am asking if someone could enlighten me on how to resolve this scenario. We are using a lower version of CM. The scenario is when we are monitoring it from bcms vu stats we noticed that the staffed agent during that time is 15 compared to what we know that 30 are already login, so 15 agents are missing and not monitored by bcms, what we do is try to re-login the agent and then bcms can now monitor it. It is highly appreciated if someone can help me walk through this. Below are the details of our system
Avaya S8500 Server
CM Version - 2.1.1
CM Patch - with latest patch to this CM Family tree
No Clan - BCMS is connected via S8500 ip address.
