BCMRD Parallel port key

Got a new BCMR pc, however it did no come with an LPT port. Installed one via a PCI card, but the software does not see the key. any thoughts on this? It's in as LPT1 and the attached printer does print.

BCMS will only see a LTP dongle that is attached to a printer port that is part of the Motherboard. Add on cards do not work.
