Hi, I got problems installing BCMR R2V3 on Windows 2003 Server, is BCMR R2V3 Compatible with it, thanks!

Yes it should work according to thier documentation. We are using R2V4 but they state nothing has change between V3 and V4 as far as requirements. We had a heck of a time getting it to work in our environment though. What's your problem exactly? Are you using VoIP?

FYI from Avaya website:

Hardware Requirements
BCMR Desktop Recommended Minimum PC Client Requirements:
Operating System: Windows 2000 (Server or Professional), Windows XP Professional or Windows 2003 Server.
Processor: Single-processor Pentium Only (Dual Processors are not supported).
RAM: 32MB.
CD-ROM Drive: Double Speed CD-ROM drive.
Serial Ports: One for an external wallboard (optional).
Parallel Ports:To attach a local printer (optional)
Note: The Server and Client PC hardware requirements have not changed in BCMRD R2.4, except for the support in the server of a hardware license key attached to a USB port as an option to the parallel port capability.

You'll need a lot more RAM than what they show here, surely that was suppose to be 320M. We have 500M so it's still not much.

i did have a problem with customer who had dual processor on the PC and it would not work. Something to look at

BCMSVu R2V3 is not compatible with Server 2003. BCMRD R2V4 was the first version that supports this OS.
Hope this helps
