BCMAmp Application

I have read loads of help on the uploading of music to the BCM using the "BCMAmp Application" yet I have no idea where this application is or how I can get hold of it! I have spoke to BT engineers who dont have a clue and I have looked on all options of the web admin.

Can anybody tell me where this application is located or how I can access it please?

Go to Services...IP Music...You will then have an option on the top of the screen titled Tools. THis will take you to BCMAMP Ctl

Further to my previous post, when you highlight IP Music, on the right hand screen, select Music Source from the drop down menu.
