BCM50 R6
2 of them

When booting I end up with solid red status and solid green power......as if it was a running system with an alarm.
Only the LAN port LED that I am plugged into will be lit up (fluctuating normally)
Cannot Putty or use EM or obtain an IP.
Tried 3 other hard drives
Tried a Level 2 reset
Power Supply works fine on other BCM's

Has anyone had this issue and report it to Norvaya and get an answer?

Thanks

Solid red means a critical alarm. Even if you cannot access the system even via the OA&M port, you can still find out what the alarm is. Put the hard drive from the failing BCM50 into a Linux system, mount the partition with log files (the name will be something like /dev/sdb8 - the 8th partition on the drive) and look at the contents of the file alarms.systemlog.

Thanks dude
