Team Hello,
I have connected a BCM50R6 connected via SIP trunks to a SOFT SIP PBX.
I can make and receive calls via access code , can someone help with creating dialing plan rule to dial direct the extensions of the SOFT SIP PBX without the use of access code on BCM?
The users on the other side are 3XX , 2XX.

Thanks

Nikos

Problem:
1 - Your sites use the same DN's
2 - The client finds it difficult to dial a code for each site followed by the DN.

What DN range is the BCM site?

If it's 2XX you already have 2 issues.
1 - Two sites using the same lead digit in their DN
2 - "2" is in use on the BCM as an internal DN so you couldn't even use 2 as a Dest code

Have a look at this thread to see what you are up against.

"The client finds it difficult to dial a code for each site followed by the DN"
You could fool them and just say "their ext number is 7XXX" instead of "you must dial dest code 7 then the ext# (2XXX or 3XX)".
