BCM50r6 Reporting for CC shows wrong skillsets

I've patched to the latest desktop patch (002, nov. 14) and re-installed RCC after downloading it post-patch, but it still shows skillsets that are long been deleted, and not the ones that replaced them.

I'm hesitant in clearing the database, as I'm sure my client would like to keep it for the other skillsets that do work. I know the BCM has been rebooted since the changes months ago, so I don't think that is necessary.

What about the SU7 patch thats out.have you installed it

Yes, the only patch not in it is SU8, since it has to reboot the BCM and also, don't want to patch an SU over VPN (remote support); but the SU7 is in there.

There's also an old CND Mailbox that didn't delete and that you can't delete still there, and I'm sure it's related to the problems I'm having.

Could have been something old that came to the surface when they upgraded from r3 to r6.
