BCM50R6 PSTN Trunk keeps open on voicemail.

Team how is it possible to configure the BCM50R6 pstn onboard trunk to disconnect when the customer leaves a voicemail and then terminates the call?
is there any timer i have to modify? i face long voicemail messages with just 10 seconds of voice and 3-4 minutes of tone until the line is dropped.
The profile is NA and it is BCM50R6 fully patched.

In line programming make sure Trunk Mode is set to Supervised (Disconnect Supervision is ON on a Norstar).
The Carrier must also have Disconnect Supervision on the Lines from the Central office so that the two can talk together, sometimes called COD (Cutoff On Disconnect).

If all is good with BCM and Carrier then try adjusting the DISCON timer under Telephony Resources Trunks

The carrier is Voip based and terminates the calls to his router that provide PSTN interfaces to BCM.
I will call them to check if they have option for DS.

You can also limit the message length in the mailbox class-of-service if DS is not available.
