BCM50R3 SIP name display to CS100K using NRS

Having trouble with BCM50R3 using SIP to sig serv NRS and CS100K... we can see DN's but not the name. was working when on BCM50 R2 and H323. any one else having this trouble? know the cause?

Only thing that comes to mind is the OLI on the set and business name on the BCM50. Is this the same system that it was working on before with H.323?

Yes this is the same system, just upgraded to R3 2 tweeks ago. all patched up. Have tired OLI, normally neccesary, and business name. tried different release of phones, tdm with no luck. Private OLI is actually preventing some users from dialing any 4 digit network call. get message " invalid num 28" in screen. some user have private oli set up and they work as they should...
