BCM50R2 - quiet ring on 2nd call

Folks, I have a user who operates as an operator. When she is on a call and another call come in I would like a "quieter" ring to be ommitted from the phone so that the other in the office can do a pickup. The old Norstar systems did this. Can any of you tell me if the BCM50 can do this. Phone is an IP 2002.

Well it does the same as a norstar if the initial ring is soft the ring while on another line is muted. Turn down the first ring.

BCM on default will omit a quiter ring at the extn on a second call.DND must be unticked to allow muliple calls.
If it is ticked then you do not receive an audible second call alert when you are busy.
