BCM50r2.0 Internal Analog Stations

Has anybody seen issues with the internal analog station ports on BCM50 2.0?
Have a couple with the same issue.
Keycode shows active.
DN's show up under Active Sets.
Go to Resources, Telephony Resources, highlight the internal station bus and check the bottom panel and all of the internal analog station show as "Not Available".
We can't draw DT on any of the internal analog station ports either.

Am I missing something here?

Ideas?

What version of element manager are you using?

The most recent available from the BCM after applying the latest patches.

We deemed it an Out of Box Failure and we're getting a replacement.

I recently heard of issues with dead digital ports on the core as well.
