BCM50e V3.0 having Strange power fail& Recovery ongoing

BCM50e V3.0 alarms show 11.2970 V12 Power Failed then a recovery 20 times a day? No idea what it is or could be and need an explanation if possible? One VM client says she gets voicemails with just static 3 times a day and see nothing besides this alarm HELP Please!

I know at one time there were some issue with the on board CO ports. Something to do with ring voltage I think. if you have analog trunks going to those then maybe one of them is going bad and everytime a call rings into it the system acts up.
