BCM50E Monitor

I have a new BCM50e Rel 3.0 all patched current and when I try to launch the monitor I get a message saying "BCM Monitor Application registration not found"

Is this something new or particular to the e models?

Anybody seen this before?

Instead of launching the BCM Monitor from Element Manager, go ahead and download it from the BCM and run it as a stand-alone client.

Once you do that, try using the link via Element Manager.

I would do that if I knew where, in that mess called Nortels website, where to find it. I think it's actually a part of Element Manager and I have the absolute latest version of that right from Nortel and it works fine with all other systems except that 50e model.
