BCM50e Connection Problems W/BSR222's &1140e's

Installed BCM50e with 1230 Ip sets works great!
But... we have 5 remote workers with BSR222's and 1140e's configured and sent home with teleworkers to plug into broadband home routers.
Displays read Server Unreachable. Any Thoughts?
Any suggestions on where to trouble shoot or Broadband router settings to set

How are the 1140's programmed? DHCP Full? S1 Address? While connected to the router at the remote location, can you get to the BCM50?

Give me as much info as possible and I am sure I can help.

Remote 1140's set to Partial, S1 S2 are set with ip Address from
BCM's Router back at corporate.

I have visio 2000 I could possibly send a drawing of what were trying to do if you have visio?
I have not been able to connect back to corp with either a Lap top or 1140 Set.

If this helps please let me explain the path. At Corp BCM50e connected to broadband connection through WAN port.

Each remote user has at home a Broadband connection,Connected to the WAN port of there ISP's Broadband router / Modem . The BSR222 is connceted to the Lan port of the ISP's Router. the 1140 is connecrted to the kan port of the BSR222
