Does anyone have a good guide on setting up the Mediatrix 1120 with the BCM50? I found a document on nortel's site, but its not there anymore. This setup was already implemented by someone else and working up until the hard drive crashed. Apparently they can call out from the fax hooked to it on the far end but cant get calls to it. I'm hoping it's just something simple that needs to be setup on the BCM like designating the number to ring there.

I don't have the user guide but to designate the number to ring on the Mediatrix just go to target lines, choose the fax number and add the extension to it. You may see only a portion of the number i.e. the last four digits. To find the extension just call a digital set from the fax.
