BCM50e AMBER LED's

Hi all I just found out that a bcm50e which we use has both led's amber on bootup.However , the symptoms are in alignment with reccuring reboots.The LED's on the Lan port all turn green then go off every minute and a half.I have connectivity to the IP address 192.168.1.1 for abut 30 seconds where I'd see the contivity logon screen then voila,my network port on my PC shows disconnected .please helpjoezzz

I have been able to resolve this issue sometimes by doing a level 1 reset. You will loose your progaming but the system sometimes comes back into service. Otherwise it is hosed.
