We have 3 BCM50B's Rel 3 useing BRI lines, all of them have the same issue, we have a DDI setup for remote access to the modem, but the modem seldom connects correctly, even if we are successful and get a connection we cannot connect the the kit with EM no matter what we try... as this is on 3 seperate BCM's it's getting to look like a system problem.. BTW we have other BCM's useing a BRI modelues and they work fine, but the BCM50B's dont...any ideas ????
