if there is a way to completely wipe out a BCM and Call Pilot data base? I know the system restart will wipe out the data base in the BCM, but it does not delete any call pilot (VM, auto attendant) or accumulated CDR information. Is there a way to do that either by us or by vendor / Nortel

I thought a level 2 wiped out everthing but make sure you have your keycodes before you do a level 2. It's been a while since I did 1.

On a BCM 50, you can go to Utilities and select the option to erase all telephony programming, Voice Message mailboxs and messages.

You must leave it running for at least an hour 30 minutes to be sure it's finished as I've recently discovered.

All the best

If it's working, then leave it alone!.
