We have just had a BCM50 installed in our office and there are a few bugs left to iron out.

Any help/advice muchly appreciated.

1) We have VM (callpilot) set up on each extension, set to kick in on no answer and busy. If we try and transfer an external call to an extension, it will -

a) If the extension is busy, go silent.

b) If the extension is unattended, ring the specified number of times, and then go silent.

Either way, we cannot pass a call to someones VM. ANy ideas ?
 
*press feature 985 =voicemail DN on your phone

goto active set DNs and verify that voicemail DN is correct under callfwd No answer and callfwd Busy.
Also you must initialize your individual vmails to be able to recieve messeges.
 
VM is set up correctly as it works if you call extension on an internal call or DDI number.

All VM boxes have been inialised as weel.
 
Sounds like Voicemail is down! reboot time are you guys current on all Patches (very important).
