If you have a BCM50 with a T7316e/T24 combo and IP phones, will the IP phones be accessed via the T24? Will the T24 show the IP phone in use?

Thanks.
Chris.

Just program an autodial button with the DN of the IP phones. Set type is irrelevant.

My engineering question is, I can have both types of phones on the system and see IP phones on the T24 coming off a digital T7316e, correct?

Correct, the ip phones status will show up on the T24.

From a telephony side, Digital Sets and IP Sets pretty much act the exact same way under the BCM.

Each set is assigned with a DN so pretty much if it can be done with a normal set, it can be done with an IP set (and vice versa).

So you can program a T7316e + T24 KIM with a DN button of an IP phone, as well as you can configure an IP Phone + KEM with a DN button of a T7316e phone.
