BCM50 with PRI & Trust fax

anyone out there ever had issues on a BCM50 with PRI and Trust Fax. The issue is that the fax line(DID/DOD) receives the fax and their forwards the fax to an email address. Then client gets confirmation that the fax failed. We tried a different fax machines(Brother MFC) and it worked great. The fax machine that we are having trouble with is a Cannon machine. Everyone keeps point back to the PRI, even the client. I think the problem is at the trust fax end, not sure.
Any suggestions?

I'm not sure I'm following you, how is the BCM50 involved in this? Typically the PRI is connected to the BCM50 and the fax machine connected to an analog station port on the BCM50. The incoming DID is programmed to ring to the analog extension. What am I missing here, or rather what are you not fully explaining?

Sounds like some other company uses Trust fax and is trying to fax Trebors company.
True or not?

Sounds like the fax machine on the ATA answering the DID then forwards it as an email.

However
Surely Trust fax is not the only people trying to fax Trebors company?
If so do those other faxes work?

One fax working and the other does not tells me that their is nothing wrong with the PRI.

What are the ATA settings at on the BCM?
