BCM50 wired drop call problem

We have a BCM50 rel6.0 system. we are using copper line. when people call those 604,778,867 area number, the phone call will drop in 1-2 minutes. I contacted the ISP(rogers), they checked the line and told me it is fine. do people have same experience? is it programming problem?

You said that the lines to bcm are copper so if you have a test set you can get on the lines at the demark and make calls excluding the bcm and test to see if you still have and issue with out using the bcm.
