We have a BCM50 that was working with 6 phones, we ended up adding a phone and didn't even think to check the licenses (units of 4, must be licensed for at least 8... we assumed). The system now has 7 phones and suddenly only 4 will work and we checked the licenses in KRS and it is only showing licenses for 4 digital stations.

How did 6 phones used to work if it wasn't licensed for it?

What does Element Manager shows in the keycodes area?
Do the other 3 digital sets show keycode required when you pick up the handset?
Nikos

It shows 4 digital station licenses

BCM50 2 Int Analog Trunk Auth :
BCM50 4 Int Digital Stn Auth :
BCM50 Voice Messaging - 4 seat :

Yet somehow 6 digital stations were working just fine before we touched this system. And yes, the sets do say Keycode Required when you pick up the handset.

Just those 3 codes are listed?????

What are all the model numbers for the sets you are using? any IP sets?

Are you sure two extra phones were working fully?
