BCM50 Voicemail programming reverting

I went to a customer on a BCM50 W/voicemail a few weeks ago. I reprogrammed the CCR Tree paths. cust just called back and says the voicemail CCR program went back to the way it was before I reprogrammed it. I did the programming from the telephone set. is there anything that causes programming to recover to an earlier configuration??

Did you disable the tree before reprogramming?

Did you test the new tree?

yes it worked for about 2 weeks before it reverted

Check alarms and see if any restore complete successfully.
Also check alarms for something suspicious or if power went out that day etc.

I should know better and check out tor trouble my self first before asking questions about what's reported. the problem turned out to be the AA had locked up in night mode. reset the phone system ann all fine.
