WHEN YOU FIRST INITIALIZE YOUR VM BOX IT ASKS TO RECORD YOUR NAME. WHEN YOU GO IN THEN AND RECORD A RECORDING UNDER THE ALTERNATE GREETING, HOW OR CAN YOU GET BACK TO THE ORIGINAL MESSAGE WHEN YOU RECORDED YOUR NAME WITH NANCY NORTEL GIVING DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO LEAVE A MESSAGE?

When intializing and recording "Joe Blow Ext 222" is called the Directory greeting.
Press 8 for admin then Greeting then 1 I think, wait for bionic betty to tell you what to do after your press GRTG... "To record your name in the company directory press X"

Primary is your everday greeting
Alternate is your away greeting.

Once the password is changed from the default and the name is recorded, you don't get those options anymore. After you log in, oress the admin key to get change the mailbox options. After that some of the options are announced while others are hidded. After pressing admin you can enter 1 to re-record the name. You can download a user guide from Nortel.com to see all options such as setting up remote notification, etc.
