BCM50 version 3.0 desktop messaging trouble

Hello, got a bcm50r3.0 with 8 UM keycodes loaded. Microsoft Outlook 2003 email. Desktop messaging working fine for two users. UM loaded fine for third user last week and shows CP messaging link in left side navigation panel in users email. When link is clicked, Call Pilot window opens ok and shows number of new and saved messages at the bottom of the page but never any entries where entries normally appear. Any suggestions? Uninstall it from the PC.
Reboot the PC.
Reinstall.
