Recently lost internet explorer and had to upgrade to 11.0 and now can no longer access voicemail app from element manager but still can log in thru telset.would like to be able to sign on thru element manager again.
Reboot did not solve issue Had to re install Element manager on another older machine with Internet Explorer 8 and that one worked but won't work on managers machine any more, I don't have login name and password to login directly to callpilot from mangers pc
Do you mean to say you don't have the windows login for managers PC?
Its the same login credentials to EM or CP from any PC on the network once your logged into the PC's.
Make sure EM (62.0.5) is latest and Java (v7) is latest.
