I've been trying to get the remote worker to function with my bcm and haven't had any success. The only thing I have achieved is having the phone display show it's correct extension and name, but cannot dial or receive calls.
Looking at an Avaya slide, I noticed that there was mention of a NAT Traversal and a double NAT traversal.
Are these two seperate licenses or are they the same?
My scenario is a Remote worker at home with a IP phone connected to a linksys/dlink home grade router, with the S1 configured as the external IP of the BCM, which is behind a firewall with the appropriate ports being forwarded (7000-7002 + 30000-30099).
Since I have done everything correctly, I can only imagine that I have the wrong keycode entered into the system.
Thank you in advance!
