I have 4 analog lines in the system in a hunt group. Lines 61-64. When users make an outbound call the system chooses the last line in the hunt group line 64, then 63 etc. So it is decending instead of acsending. The problem is that the last line is always showing on caller id, customers return call by using that number and get busy if someone is on it. How do i change it so the main line gets picked for outbound so there is 3 opportunites left for incoming? I cant find anything-assuming its how the lines are wired?

Rewire the line so line 4 is now at line 1. That is the way nortel has always worked.

You need to have the Telco have your lines Hunt from 1 to 2 then 3 then 4 and then back to 1. The programming in the BCM has nothing to do with that. Getting the telco to make that change will solve the problem.

This is a Signature and not part of the answer, it appears on every reply.

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.
