BCM50 using Feature 68

Have a customer with BCM50 who wants 2 extns only to be able to dial out using a COS password.

I have barred any o/g calls from these extns, set a COS password to restriction filter 10 which has been allocated to these extns.

The customer presses F68, followed by the password and the number to be dialled, but it is not working.

Have I missed something here.

First time I have had a customer request this.

From your descriptionit is unclear if you are you allowing the phone set to reset after the password before entering the dial-out number? After you enter the password, the set's LCD should go back to its normal display. Then you seize a line (or intercom) and dial out.

assign set filter 0 on the COS you programmed.

Thanks for the replies, what I did wrong was I put Restriction filter 10 under the setting for extn in COS password.

Changed this to 02, as all the extns in the system use this and it works.
